A three-hour journey into the history of rum takes you from Wingfield Estate, home of the Old Road Rum Company on the island’s Northern end, to Spice Mill MicroDistillery, home of Hibiscus Spirits, on the Southeast Peninsula. You’ll learn the details of rum production methods and flavor profiles as well as how to craft spiced rum through various methodologies.
